Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send and receive money with persons and businesses you trust:

  • FAST
    Enhance your cash flow. Payments are received directly to your East West Bank account, and are typically available within minutes2
  • SAFE
    No need to provide your account information to send and receive payments2 with Zelle®.
  • EASY
    Your customers can pay you with Zelle® right from their banking app, so you can receive payments while on the go (no extra hardware required) and skip the trip to the bank.

Mobile Banking

  1. Go to “Transfer & Pay”

    Tap   “Zelle®”

  2. Select your company and tap “Continue”

  3. Review & accept the Terms of Service4

  4. Complete your enrollment

    Select the U.S. mobile number or email you would like to enroll with Zelle®. Then, select the account you would like to use as your primary account for sending and receiving money with Zelle® 4.

    Note: Zelle® supports U.S. mobile numbers only. If you have a foreign mobile number registered with the bank, you will be asked to enroll with your email.

  5. Enter the verification code

    We’ll send you a 6-digit code so you can verify your mobile number or email.

  6. You’re all set

    You can start using Zelle® to send, receive and request money.

  1. Go to “Transfer & Pay”

    Tap   Zelle® 

  2. Select your company and tap “Continue”

  3. Tap “Send” and select recipient

    Select an existing person or business from the list or enter the email address or U.S. mobile number of a trusted person or business that you want to send money to.

  4. Enter the amount

  5. Enter a note (optional)

  6. Tap "Submit"

    You will see an email confirmation of your payment. In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes.3

  1. Go to “Transfer & Pay”

    Tap   “Zelle®”

  2. Select your company and tap “Continue”

  3. Select “Request” or “Split”

    To request money, use "Request" and select an existing contact from your list or enter their email address or U.S. mobile phone number3.

    To split the request with more than one person or business, select "Split" and then select the contact(s) you want to split the expense with from your list, or enter their email address or U.S. mobile phone number3.

  4. Select the person or business you want to receive money from

  5. Enter the amount of the request​

  6. Enter a note (optional)

  7. Tap “Submit”

    You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been sent. When the person or business you requested money from responds to your request and sends you money, it will be available in your account typically in minutes2.

Online Banking

  1. Go to “Transfer & Pay”

    Select “Zelle®”

  2. Select your company and tap “Continue”

  3. Review & accept the Terms of Service4

2 U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. To send or receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled with Zelle® directly through their financial institution’s online or mobile banking experience. Transactions between enrolled users typically occur in minutes.

Payment requests to persons not already enrolled with Zelle® must be sent to an email address.
