For nearly 20 years, we have been actively involved in affordable housing lending. Our Community Lending team has funded over $1 billion in approximately 100 affordable housing projects totaling over 15,000 individual units.

Credit Enhancements for Bonds
We issue letters of credit to support bond financing for affordable housing projects.
Tax Credits
We provide construction financing for affordable housing projects that utilize tax credits as part of their financing.
