Business Connect FAQs
Through seamless integration with Business Connect, you will get account balance and transactions automatically within the ERP system. Additionally, you will be able to initiate payment transactions, such as wire, ACH, and check issuance, directly from your ERP system. Business Connect and the payment capability is available for selected ERPs.
You need to be an East West Bank customer to enroll. Additionally, you should be using an eligible ERP system or an aggregator such as Plaid or Yodlee. Please consult your Treasury Relationship Manager for eligibility details or use the Contact Us link below to send in your request.
