The Bridge to Home Loan Program is designed for borrowers who do not fit into the “standard boxes” of many of the large lenders. There are various ways to qualify for the Bridge to Home Loan Program with income or assets (not including equity in subject property).

Our mortgage program features include no pre-payment penalty, adjustable and fixed rate payment options.

Additionally, there is no minimum credit score required if your current history of paying bills is as agreed.

This conforming and high balance full documentation mortgage product is designed for low-to-moderate income borrowers and buyers in designated low-income, minority, and disaster-impacted communities. The product has a low down payment requirement and offers flexible qualification guidelines. Full income and asset documentation are required.
