Using Zelle® for your small business in our Mobile App or Online Banking

We understand how important time management is to your small business. That's why the East West Bank BusinessExpress platform allows you to use your desktop or mobile device3 to manage your account, complete wire transfers, deposit checks or quickly perform other financial tasks2.

Now, with the addition of Zelle® for your small business on the BusinessExpress platform, you can save time and effort when receiving or sending money1. For example, a customer can pay you using Zelle® right from their banking app so you can receive payments while on the go (no extra hardware required) and skip the trip to the bank.

Sending and receiving payments with Zelle® for your small business

Enrolling your small business with Zelle® streamlines and simplifies sending and receiving money. And, with 24/7 access to our BusinessExpress Online Banking or Mobile App, you can send or receive money anytime directly from your desktop computer or mobile device3.

Zelle® for your small business enables you to send and receive payments from customers paying with Zelle® through their bank's mobile app. You can also receive payments from other small businesses using Zelle® for your small business through their financial institution.

Once your small business has enrolled with Zelle®, sending money involves three simple steps: Add or select the email address or U.S. mobile number of your recipient, enter the amount, and press “Send.” To receive payments from customers, simply give them your Zelle® enrolled email address or U.S. mobile number and request that they send the payment from their banking app using Zelle®. In both cases, there is no need to exchange sensitive account details—and the transaction only takes a few minutes1.

Keep in mind that the money you send with Zelle® goes directly into their bank account. As a result, you can't cancel the payment once it's processed. To reduce your chances of payment mishaps, only send money to persons and businesses you trust and double-check the email address or U.S. mobile number before you send.
