No enrollment is needed for existing businessBridge® Essentials or businessBridge® Premier customers.  Simply download the app from your respective App Store and follow the steps to log in.

Currently, authorized users can approve payments with the mobile app. Please use the desktop system to create or schedule your payments. 

If you are in an urgent need to create payment using mobile device, you can use the mobile browser to log in to the online banking system and create the payment.

Visit the Apple App store for your iPhone or iPad, or Google Play for your Android devices, and search for “East West Bank Business Mobile.”

No, you can use the same token currently registered with your online banking profile to approve payments from the mobile app. 

Use your current businessBridge® Essentials or businessBridge® Premier credentials to log in to the mobile app. Please note, business online banking credential are case sensitive.

No, you can only have one active user session. If you are using the desktop version, then you will be automatically logged off from the mobile app for security purposes. 

If you forgot your Password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the log in page and provide requested information. Once verified, you will be able to reset your password.
