In partnership with Kaimore, our dedicated SCAL associates recently volunteered to help folks from our nonprofit partner, Door of Hope to prepare for the tax season through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
Door of Hope is a transitional family program that helps individuals who are experiencing homelessness get back on their feet. With our volunteers extended support they were able to help families and individuals with refund filing and free tax preparation so that they can keep more of the money they earn.
