Success Stories

There are many firsts in a person’s life. And buying a home can mean lots of questions and uncertainty. When you’re ready to be a homeowner, count on us to provide you with the guidance and financing options for your unique needs.

Keeping family together

After Darren adopted his two younger cousins, they needed a comfortable place they could call home as they settled into being a family. Recognizing his foster care income, we were able to approve his loan and help provide a stable environment for the kids.

Finding a way forward

The Martinez family believed it was impossible to own a home without a large down payment. We introduced them to programs that require less money down, giving them the flexibility to afford a home they thought was beyond their budget.

Caring for the community

Brenda needed space to expand her successful home-based design business in San Francisco, one of the most expensive housing markets. We were able to assist her so she can afford her monthly housing payments.
