Oh, what fun we had! To conclude the 2023 East West Bank and Lakers partnership on the "Lakers Season of Giving" series, over 100 deserving 3rd through 5th grade children from local community partners Boys & Girls Clubs of Pasadena and LA’s Best Afterschool Enrichment Program were treated to an unforgettable Holiday Party for Kids.
The Season of Giving’s Holiday Party for Kids, presented by East West Bank was held at the UCLA Training Center where the kids had an exclusive opportunity to witness Laker players in action, cheering enthusiastically as the players showcased their skills, including impressive 3-pointer baskets. Lakers players Austin Reaves and Cam Reddish went around the court high fiving the children and signed their t-shirts making the opportunity more memorable!
The festivities then continued at Dave & Busters, where our bank volunteers helped the kids with creative crafts to kick off the holiday season. The kids enthusiastically participated in activities such as making Build-A-Bear creations, decorating ornaments, crafting friendship bracelets, all while enjoying the lively atmosphere of arcade games.
