Cyano-Collage 261 evokes a dramatic landscape suspended between reality and illusion. Created through Wu Chi-Tsung's signature cyanotype process, the composition resembles a windswept mountain range or a cresting ocean, despite being constructed from manipulated paper and photographic techniques. The deep blue palette and sweeping forms recall the traditions of Chinese landscape painting while embracing contemporary image-making technologies. By transforming simple materials into a scene of remarkable scale and atmosphere, the work encourages viewers to reconsider the relationship between nature, perception, and representation.
