1 Alipay transfers are available for limited, personal use purposes only. Receiving account must be in mainland China. Available transfer limits and delivery times will vary, and may be affected by East West Bank’s and Alipay’s processing times and policies. For service and account eligibility requirements, refer to the “Transfer Services” section of the Bank’s Online Banking Agreement. Bank processing fees may apply.
2 Alipay Transfer recipients who have designated a linked bank account for receiving international transfers typically receive funds within minutes. If additional verification checks are needed, it can take up to 4 days (or longer, if the recipient does not have a designed linked account) for the transaction to be processed or cancelled.
3 East West Bank does not charge for Mobile Banking. However, your mobile service provider may charge for sending and receiving text messages on your phone. Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and data charges that may apply.
