償還貸款年期﹐通常是15年或30年。 The number of years over which you will repay this loan. The most common mortgage terms are 15 years and 30 years. |
| 月付款額 Monthly payment |
每月付的本金和利息。 Monthly principal and interest payment (PI). |
| 總付款額 Total payments |
貸款期間若無先付本金情形時的每月付款總額。 Total of all monthly payments over the full term of the mortgage. This total payment amount assumes that there are no prepayments of principal. |
| 利息總額 Total interest |
貸款期間若無先付本金情形時的每月所付利息的總額。 Total of all interest paid over the full term of the mortgage. This total interest amount assumes that there are no prepayments of principal. |

先付款的次數﹐可選年﹐每月﹐每年﹐或一次性。 The frequency of prepayment. The options are none, monthly, yearly and a one time payment. |

由該次付款期開始進行先付。一次性付款即為該次﹐所有用償還本金的先付款金額﹐須在銀行指定日前收到﹐以便列入下一個月的利息計算。 This is the payment number that your prepayments will begin with. For a one time payment, this is the payment number that the single prepayment will be included in. All prepayments of principal are assumed to be received by your lender in time to be included in the following months interest calculation. |
